The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room for large group dinners, a lounge area and a luminous fully equipped kitchen. 

All rooms open and face the large terrace that features a pool and hot tub, all with amazing ocean vistas. 

On the first floor, a beautiful suit with its own fireplace, as well as two other double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All these sea-view rooms have terraces with sunbeds. The lower floor offers a home cinema room with cozy sofas and two more double bedrooms, that share a bathroom and a laundry room

Separated from the main house are 3 independent apartments. Each offers 2 double bedrooms, a living space and kitchen. Additionally, each unit has its own terrace and private entrance. 

The park is manicured, with a heated, 12 x 4 meter infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and a comfortable lounge area. 

One can use the outdoor shower and powder room of the pool house and cook lunches over the barbecue. You will love to dine there enjoying the view of the ocean and the Golden Islands, the ocean breeze refreshing you…

There is air conditioning throughout the villa to ensure a fresh stay.
