Villa Papillon is an atypical architect’s house full of charm thanks to its butterfly-shaped construction, but also to its authetic decoration.

The house revolves around the swimming pool, if you stay at Villa Papillon, you will indeed have the chance to take advantage of multiple independent spaces while always remaining close enough to the convivial places of this property.

When you enter the house, you will first discover a pretty and very welcoming entrance hall which reveals a staircase leading to the master double bedroom. This suite consists of a 180 bed, a bathroom with shower, a spa bath, a large dressing room, a TV and access to a private terrace which offers a table for 4 people and a view of the Alpilles!

The rest of the ground floor is organized in such a way as to keep the spaces open to each other while distributing them in a distinct way. The living room is in front of the entrance hall directly and the kitchen on your right. A second living room and the dining room are located between the two with large bay windows that overlook the terrace, the swimming pool and the garden.

The living room consists of two sofas, a TV, a FOCUS fireplace, this space is open into the dining room and you can even see the garden in the distance.

Elegance and style

Thus, by climbing a few steps on the side of this superb contemporary fireplace, you will find a large dining table which can accommodate up to 12 people. On the other side of this dining area, you can enjoy the veranda with 6 comfortable armchairs giving a superb view of the swimming pool.

If we continue the tour in a circular motion to the right, you will find a spacious kitchen with first of all a dining area, a round table that can seat 4 people, then a notably large and luxurious kitchen island. The kitchen is bright, fully equipped and modern. A door gives access to an extension of the kitchen with even more equipment and a laundry area.

On the other side of the living room, you will enter the house a sleeping area. First of all, you will enter a warm room made of wood which is defined as a library, but also offers an office space.

The first part of the sleeping area offers 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom and the other has a separate bathroom accessible from the hallway and each a separate WC.

The second part of this wing of the house is a part that can be made independent. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an additional single bed. The two bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a living room with a quality convertible sofa/double bed (160cm), an integrated kitchen (sink, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and a dining area that seats 8 people with a fireplace. This space has blackout curtains to transform it into an additional bedroom.

This space can also be used as a summer kitchen thanks to the bay windows opening directly onto the barbecue area, garden lounge with the swimming pool just a few meters away.

The garden is divided into two parts: a spacious terrace which goes around the swimming pool and a lawn with flowers and trees.
The 10x5m swimming pool is heated which will allow you to swim in mid-season. It is surrounded by a beach with deckchairs, parasols, a baliné bed for two people and garden furniture. You can also bask in the sun, on the lawn, in the shade of the trees to read or take a nap.
