Villa Gaia is a spacious and prestigious villa with heated infinity pool located in MAUSSANE LES ALPILLES. This Provençal Village has managed to preserve his authenticity and its craftsmanship. You will stay in a luminous and modern villa of 280 m2 spread over two levels. Facing south, you will be astonished by its magnificent panoramic view.

The ground floor features four bedrooms (including a junior suite) with their own bathrooms. The rooms are all as spacious as each other to ensure all the group will experience comfort and relaxation, keeping intimacy.

The intimate living room also offers comfortable and relaxing environment. The living room is on the first floor and features a living – dining room with two sofas, a dining table, ten chairs and a flat screen TV. It opens to a terrace that promises a magnificent open view.

Very close to shops, few minutes walk from the center of the village, Villa Gaia geographical location is ideal. Arles is 25 minutes by car, Marseille 50 minutes, while the nearest beach is 1-hour drive, in Les Saintes Marie de la Mer.

Fully equipped, the kitchen is located on the first floor. It benefits from a beautiful opening onto the living room allowing you to enjoy every moment with friends or family.

This room is located on the ground floor. It has a bay window leading to the swimming pool, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, a cupboard and a 160×200 bed.

Master Suite – Bedroom 5 on 1st floor

This spacious room is located on the 1st floor. It has a dressing room, a bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and 2 sinks, as well as a 160×200 bed.

Heated infinity pool

Take advantage of your summer days and evenings to relax in this 10 x 3.5 heated infinity pool which will delight young and old. Located at the foot of the villa, it has 10 deckchairs and a pool cover (equipped with a shower, a sink and a sun lounger).

Villa Gaia is located in les Alpilles that is an exceptional natural sites such as the Vaccarès pond, the archaeological site of Glanum, the Baux-de-Provence, the Ocres de Roussillon, the hilltop villages of Luberon such as Gordes. Its geographical location is ideal. All shops and restaurants are at 6 min walk. Avignon TGV station is 20 minutes away, Marseille airport is less than an hour drive. You can also go walking or riding bike on Le Plateau de la Crau in just 5 minutes.
