Villa Emotion, is a 4 bedroom villa accommodating 8 guests in the Ramatuelle area on the beach on the “Plage de Bonne Terrasse” and a 5-minute drive from shopping. This is a unique property overlooking the sea in an exceptional unspoiled calm location, “a little slice of heaven !”

The villa consist on the main level is the living room, with sofas, a flat screen TV, and French doors to the balcony with magnificent views overlooking the mediterranean sea. Next to the living room there is a the dining area.  There is a fully modern equipped kitchen and a guests cloakroom with WC.
The lower level of the house has 4 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. The master bedroom has a dressing area, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom. Three of the bedrooms open out to the teak patio with beach and sea views.

The house also offers a laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer

An external staircase leads from the patio to the lower level teak patio with sun deck and comfy sitting area. Opposite the house there is direct access to a small beach with views of the Camarat lighthouse.

This villa also comes with air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. In the outdoor area you will also have access to a barbecue and a parking slot for 1 car.

There are several tennis court in the hamlet to be shared.

What a place! Not many places like this on the beach with sea view and beach and with direct access to it !!!. This is amazing villa, with its beach for choice, walking distance Chez Camille 150 meters (best bouillabaisse in the region) and within a 15 minutes walk along the costal path to the most famous beach restaurants on Pampelonne bay, such as Le Migon via the beach 800 meters or Cabane Bambou just a little further or Club 55 only 2 km and many others…

Watching the sun go down over the bay drinking a glass of rose wine…… and spot all the famous yachts in the bay.. What a way to finish the day!!!!

If you want action then Saint-Tropez is the place .The famous Place de Lices is where the Saturday and Tuesday market takes place lots on offer from fruit and vegetables to cashmere and handbags.

If you feel like sitting down after all the shopping go and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”
