In the centre of the picturesque village of Eygalières, emblematic of the Alpilles, Mas Querencia combines the charm of Provencal houses with top-of-the-range facilities. This property can accommodate up to 10 people in comfort with its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned.

The ground floor features a large living room with fireplace and television, with access to the garden, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a covered terrace, allowing you to lunch and dine outside in the shade, a dining room with fireplace opening onto the kitchen and a utility room.

The bedrooms are as follows:
2 ground floor bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms:

• Bedroom 1- double bed 160×200 cm and television, overlooking the garden, with en-suite shower room (double basin, walk-in shower, WC),dressing room
• Bedroom 2- double bed 180×200 cm, overlooking the garden, with en-suite shower room (double basin, walk-in shower and separate WC),dressing room

2 bedrooms on 1st floor

• Bedroom 3- 2 beds 2x90x200 cm (can be combined on request)
• Bedroom 4- 2 beds 2x90x200 cm (can be combined on request)
• A shared bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4 with two basins, a bathtub and 1 separate WC

1 bedroom in an independant annex in the garden

• Bedroom 5 with double bed 180×200 cm, television, dressing room and shower room (double washbasin, walk-in shower, separate WC)

Outside, a lovely shaded terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals cooked on the plancha, and the pool house terrace with summer lounge invites you to relax. The 12 x 4.5 m heated swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, is perfect for cooling off. From the garden, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the old village.

A gate to the north of the farmhouse provides quick pedestrian access to the centre of the village through the Hameau de la Place olive grove.
You’ll be able to enjoy a stay right in the heart of Provence, and leave plenty of time to explore the Alpilles, Provencal markets, numerous vineyards, olive groves and cultural sites such as Les Baux-de-Provence, the Roman site of Glanum, Alphonse Daudet’s mill and the Saint-Paul de Mausole cultural centre.

2 weeks rental minimum in July/August.
