Member of the Guild of Cheese, Monique Mayer has made her beautiful shop in the old village of St Rémy de Provence, a small temple of farmhouse cheeses of all kinds. You will find here an impressive selection of regional goat cheese.
Conveniently close to the best bread maker in town, this guild cheese boutique selects its products directly from farmers who age their Parmesan 30 months and their Comté 36 months in a 12th-century cellar. They create impressive appetizer or “all-cheese” meal trays.
